It is a double-casing, radially split, between bearings multi-stage centrifugal pump. The built-in pump cartridge is an axially split BB3 pump cartridge, which has the following features:
•After passing the dynamic balance test, the rotor is directly mounted into the outer barrel without disassembly, and the dynamic balance accuracy and the part concentricity do not change.
•The impellers are arranged back to back, eliminating the balancing device.
• Double volutes balance the radial thrust. The diffuser structure for a small flow balances the radial thrust.
•The temperature field distribution of the inner pump tends to be more uniform and symmetrical, which improves the overall rigidity of the pump cartridge at high temperatures.
