Vertical easy-to-dismantle in-line pump (OH4)

This series of pumps is single-stage, single-suction, radially split vertical in-line centrifugal pumps. The pumps are designed and manufactured in accordance with national and industry standards such as GB/T3215, as well as the American Petroleum Institute API610 standard. The pumps are of API610OH4 type in the structure.

The TGY series of vertical in-line pumps (OH4) is vertical in-line single-stage overhung pumps driven by the rigid coupling. This pump coupling is an easy-to-remove coupling. The axial thrust of this series of pumps is balanced by the front and rear wear rings and balancing holes of the impeller, and the residual axial thrust is borne by the thrust bearing of the motor.

This series of pumps rotates clockwise when viewed downward from the motor end. The TGY series of pumps has the center lines of the discharge and suction openings on the same horizontal line. The discharge and suction openings of the TGYU pumps are on the same side of the U-shaped casing. This series of pumps occupies a small area and are easy to mount.
