Vertical long shaft pump (VS1)

1: The vertical long shaft pump has a vertically downward suction opening and a horizontal discharge opening, and is mounted on a single base, with the pump and the motor directly connected;

2: The impeller has balancing holes for balancing the axial thrust. Both the front and back cover plates of the impeller have replaceable wear rings to protect the impeller and the casing.

3: The residual axial thrust of the pump and the weight of the rotor parts are borne by the special thrust bearing parts of the pump.

4: The shaft seal of the pump can be stuffing box seal or mechanical seal.

5: The axial position of the impeller is adjusted by the adjusting nut at the upper end of the bearing parts or in the pump coupling, which is very convenient.

6: The intermediate shaft connection is realized by the sleeve coupling technology; the guide bearing of the water pump is reinforced filled PTFE or Thordon bearing. To transport sewage, the guide bearing must be externally connected with cooling lubricating water.
